# Ringover

> Store a Ringover API key in Rulebase, and understand what the connection does and does not do today.

Rulebase can hold a Ringover API key so a Ringover connection is on file for your organization.

## Prerequisites

* You must have a Ringover API key.
* You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.

## Installation

### Step 1: connect Ringover

1. Log in to your [Rulebase dashboard](https://app.rulebase.co)
2. Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**
3. Find **Ringover** in the list and click **Add**
4. Enter your Ringover API key
5. Click **Add**

## What connecting does

Connecting stores the API key, encrypted. Rulebase does not import Ringover calls from it, so no conversations appear as a result of adding this connection.

If you need Ringover calls reviewed in Rulebase, talk to your Rulebase account team about how to get the recordings and call metadata in.
