Prerequisites
- You must be an Aircall admin or account owner to complete the installation.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: connect Aircall
- Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Aircall in the list and click Add
- Sign in with your Aircall admin credentials
- Authorize Rulebase to access your Aircall account
What gets synced
Once connected, Rulebase starts syncing Aircall calls so they can be reviewed in Rulebase.Next steps
- Confirm that your Aircall account has the phone lines you want Rulebase to review.
- Review imported calls in Rulebase after the first sync completes.
