Rulebase integrates directly with Aircall to bring real-time QA, compliance monitoring, dispute automation, and back-office workflows to every call.
Prerequisites
- You must be an Aircall admin or account owner to complete the installation.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: Connect Aircall
- Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
- Go to Integrations > Aircall
- Click Connect Aircall and sign in with your Aircall admin credentials
- Authorize Rulebase to access your Aircall account
Next steps
Once connected, Rulebase will begin syncing Aircall calls automatically.
- Imported calls will be available for QA checks, compliance monitoring, and back-office workflows
