Rulebase can hold a Ringover API key so a Ringover connection is on file for your organization.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a Ringover API key.
  • You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.

Installation

Step 1: connect Ringover

  1. Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Find Ringover in the list and click Add
  4. Enter your Ringover API key
  5. Click Add

What connecting does

Connecting stores the API key, encrypted. Rulebase does not import Ringover calls from it, so no conversations appear as a result of adding this connection. If you need Ringover calls reviewed in Rulebase, talk to your Rulebase account team about how to get the recordings and call metadata in.
