Prerequisites
- You must have a Ringover API key.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: connect Ringover
- Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Ringover in the list and click Add
- Enter your Ringover API key
- Click Add
What gets synced
Once connected, Rulebase starts syncing Ringover calls so they can be reviewed in Rulebase.Next steps
- Confirm that the API key belongs to a Ringover account with access to the call data Rulebase should use.
- Review imported calls in Rulebase after the first sync completes.
