Prerequisites
- You must have permission to authorize Jira apps, or you must have an Atlassian API token.
- You must have access to the Jira projects Rulebase should read or update.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: connect Jira
- Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Jira in the list and click Add
- Choose Connect with OAuth, or enter your Jira URL, email, and API token
- Authorize Rulebase or submit the API token form

What gets synced
Rulebase can sync Jira issues and Jira service request types. Rulebase also creates the Jira webhook it needs to receive issue updates when connected through the standard Jira flow.Next steps
