Prerequisites
- Your Rulebase account team must enable the XCALLY connection.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: contact Rulebase
- Contact your Rulebase account team and ask to enable XCALLY
- Confirm which XCALLY account and ticket data Rulebase should use
- Wait for Rulebase to confirm that the connection is active
What gets synced
Rulebase syncs XCALLY tickets after the connection is provisioned.Next steps
