Rulebase supports XCALLY connections for teams that handle tickets in XCALLY. XCALLY setup is provisioned by the Rulebase team.

Prerequisites

  • Your Rulebase account team must enable the XCALLY connection.
  • You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.

Installation

Step 1: contact Rulebase

  1. Contact your Rulebase account team and ask to enable XCALLY
  2. Confirm which XCALLY account and ticket data Rulebase should use
  3. Wait for Rulebase to confirm that the connection is active

What gets synced

Rulebase syncs XCALLY tickets after the connection is provisioned.

  • Review imported tickets in Rulebase after your Rulebase team confirms setup.
  • Ask your Rulebase account team before changing XCALLY connection details.
