Prerequisites
- You must have a Unit21 API key.
- You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
Installation
Step 1: connect Unit21
- Log in to your Rulebase dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Unit21 in the list and click Add
- Enter your Unit21 API key
- Click Add
What gets synced
Rulebase syncs Unit21 cases and alerts. Rulebase can also receive Unit21 webhook updates for connected accounts.Next steps
- Confirm the API key has access to the Unit21 cases and alerts Rulebase should review.
- Ask your Rulebase team if your Unit21 connection needs webhook setup.
