Mixmax

Prerequisites

• You must have the Administrator role in Rulebase.
• Create a developer token in Mixmax Settings > Integrations. Mixmax shows the token once, so save it securely before leaving the page.

Store your developer token

1. Log in to your Rulebase dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Connections.
3. Open Mixmax under Voice and calls.
4. Click Add connection.
5. Paste your Mixmax developer token.
6. Click Save token.

Update or remove the token

• To replace the token, add the Mixmax connection again and save the new token.
• To remove it, open the connection menu and click Disconnect.
