Connect ComplyAdvantage to Rulebase with an API key and the region where your account is hosted.

Prerequisites

  • You need a ComplyAdvantage API key.
  • You need to know the region where your ComplyAdvantage account is hosted.
  • You need the Administrator role or permission to manage integrations in Rulebase.

Choose the correct account region

Rulebase uses your region to select the corresponding ComplyAdvantage API: Ask your ComplyAdvantage account administrator if you do not know which region to select.

Connect ComplyAdvantage in Rulebase

  1. Log in to your Rulebase dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Connections.
  3. Find ComplyAdvantage under Risk and compliance.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. Select your account Region. New connections default to Europe.
  6. Enter the API key.
  7. Click Connect.
Rulebase encrypts the API key before storing it. The selected region is stored with the connection so Rulebase uses the correct API endpoint.

Update your connection

To rotate the API key or change regions, submit the new configuration from Settings > Connections. Rulebase replaces the stored ComplyAdvantage connection for your organization.
