Export filtered QA evaluations to an Excel workbook from the Evaluations list. You can choose the columns, preview matching rows, and keep criterion scores separate from written feedback.

Export evaluations

  1. Go to Evaluations.
  2. Apply the date, scorecard, agent, team, or other evaluation filters you need.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Choose the columns to include.
  5. Review the export preview.
  6. Click Export.
The export uses the filters currently applied to the Evaluations list. Your column selection becomes the default the next time the export dialog opens. This is a one-off download. When someone needs the same workbook on a repeating basis, or your analysts want QA data in a warehouse, create a schedule instead. See Schedule recurring exports.

Export criterion scores and feedback

Use the two criterion options for different kinds of analysis: Select both options when you need numeric results and the explanation behind each result. Select only Criteria feedback when the workbook is for qualitative review. Feedback is exported as readable text. Message references become labels such as [message 1], knowledge references use the document title when available, and timestamps use the workspace timezone. Export evaluations with Criteria scores and Criteria feedback selected separately

Interpret the workbook

The workbook groups criterion columns by scorecard. An evaluation appears under the scorecard used to produce its result. Empty or unavailable values appear as NA. Keep the export filters with the workbook when sharing it so reviewers know which evaluations were included.
